WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
Every Cole Haan product is backed by our long-standing tradition of quality and craftsmanship. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, kindly follow the below steps to return your purchase. If something is not quite right you’ve got 7 days to send back your items for FREE for a full refund. Any returns must be unworn or unused and in their original condition and packaging, and you must have your receipt or delivery documents as proof of purchase. This is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights.

The product must be in original condition
สินค้าต้องอยู่ในสภาพที่สมบูรณ์

Price tag must remain attached
ยังคงมีป้ายราคาสินค้าติดอยู่

Without being worn and washed
ยังไม่ผ่านการใช้งานและถูกทำความสะอาด

Purchase within 7 days (attached sales slip as proven record)
ซื้อไม่เกิน 7 วัน (พร้อมเเนบเอกสารการชำระเงิน)

Print the shipping label and wait for the shipping agent to pick up your shipment. (Normal business day)

*Items that use discount coupons or receive novelty cannot be returned.
Shipping and handling fees cannot be refunded.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once you’ve sent your items back to us, you should receive your refund within 30 working days of it reaching our shop or warehouse. Please note, once our shop or warehouse receives and processes the items, only then we can process your refunds, it can take up to 30 working days for your return to reach us and get processed. If you haven’t received your refund in this timeframe, please email support@mwc.co.th so we can investigate this for you. Refunds for online orders are credited back to the original payment method.

เมื่อไหร่จะได้รับเงินคืน?
